Sri Lanka’s FitsAir appoints Reena Rahman as Senior Vice President

Reena Abdul Rahman has over 24 years of experience in the aviation industry and has worked with top airlines in the region including Oman’s SalamAir.

COLOMBO: Sri Lanka’s first and only privately-owned low-cost airline on Monday appointed aviation industry veteran Reena Abdul Rahman as the Senior Vice President Operations, Service Delivery and Reforms.

“Reena brings with her a wealth of all round experience in the aviation business secured over a tenure of 24 years in the industry. She has gained experience in flight operations, ground operations, airline management, hub operations and in the travel industry,” a statement issued by FitsAir stated.

Reena has previously worked with Qatar Airways, Air Arabia, Air India, SalamAir and Al Hind Group of Companies.

Fits Aviations (Pvt) Ltd, is part of Sri Lanka’s privately owned Aberdeen Holdings.
