MUSCAT : Reinforcing its position as one of Oman’s most customer centric Islamic banking institutions, Alizz Islamic Bank has signed an agreement with Al Rowad International Business & Development (BBH Group) to provide finance solutions to the bank’s customers who seek to purchase units in Khalid Logistic City in Rusayl Industrial Zone.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Alizz Islamic Bank, by Mr. Asaad Al Kharusi, Chief Operating Officer of Alizz Islamic Bank and was signed by Al Waleed Khalid Al Mataani, CEO of BBH Group. Senior executives from both organisations were also present at the signing ceremony.
Khalid Logistics City which covers a built-up area of 21,000 sqm consists of 19 commercial/residential buildings and 104 warehouses and 660 rooms. Customers who avail financing from the bank to purchase units from this project will get a discount of 30% on the selling price with a financing tenor of up to 15 years, including a grace period up to 12 months.
