MUSCAT: All public, private and international schools in the governorates of Al Dhahirah, Al Buraimi, North Al Batinah and South Al Batinah will be closed on Sunday, March 10, 2024 because of unstable weather conditions, the Ministry of Education has announced.
Classes in these governorates will resume on Monday, March 11.
“The educational directorates in the rest of the governorates will monitor the developments of the weather condition, evaluate the situation and make the appropriate decision regarding schools in their respective governorates,” the Ministry added.
