MUSCAT : Adrak Developers LLC is pleased to announce its partnership with the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning for Sultan Haitham City. A term sheet for NH 12 D, which will consist of 339 residential units on a land area of 56,166 sqm, with an estimated investment value of RO 38.7 million, was signed between the two parties.
The signing took place last evening at the Royal Opera House of Musical Arts under the patronage of His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tariq Al Said – Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, His Excellency Dr Khalfan bin Said Al Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and several other dignitaries.
