MUSCAT : The Czech tactician takes over the reins from Croatian Branko Ivankovic. Jaroslav Šilhavý, a decorated figure in European football, brings a wealth of experience to the Omani dugout. Most notably, he led the Czech Republic national team to the quarter-finals of Euro 2020, their best performance in the tournament since 2004.
