Muscat – Health and safety take center stage at the Hockey World Cup, hosted at the Hockey Stadium in Al Amerat, as the DGHS medical staff, at the venue’s clinic, continues to provide essential medical coverage.
Led by Dr. Thumra bint Saeed Al Ghafriya, Director General of Health Services for Muscat Governorate, the dedicated medical team is committed to ensuring the well-being of all participants, including players, organizers, and fans in attendance. The medical clinic stands ready to provide immediate first aid services for any emergency cases that may arise during the tournament.
There have been no reports of serious injuries since the commencement of the tournament, stated the DGHS.
