MUSCAT : The Minister stressed that the Omani economy benefitted from factors such as the integration of policies, the work of institutions concerned with economic affairs, and the presence of accelerated programs to achieve the Oman Vision 2040 as well as the tenth five-year plan.
He pointed out in his speech that the recovery of the Omani economy from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic reflects on the positive developments in the performance of the overall indicators. The Omani economy witnessed a growth in constant prices of 2.1 percent during the first half of 2023, he stated.

The media meeting of the Ministry of Economy will review the prospects and trends of the global economic report and the performance of the Omani economy, the executive position of the tenth five-year development plan, and the programs and initiatives of the Ministry of Economy in the field of development planning and policies.
