MUSCAT: Oman will celebrate the first day of Eid Al Fitr on Saturday, April 22, marking the end of the blessed holy month of Ramadan.
Ahead of Eid, markets in the country are bustling with activity as people prepare for the joyous occasion.
“We are delighted and I want to wish all my brothers Eid Mubarak. I have come here for shopping. It’s a time of celebration, and we are excited to indulge in the festive preparations,” said Mubarak Hamdoon an expat residing in Muscat.
