MUSCAT- Today, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning signed 25 contracts to grant land across a number of governorates of the Sultanate of Oman for investment projects valued at more than OMR 2.49 million. The contracts were signed by His Excellency Engineer Hamad bin Ali Al-Nazwani, Undersecretary for Housing, who represented the Ministry, and officials of investment projects that obtained land grants.
These land contracts were distributed on 3 industrial projects in the southeast governorate, 15 housing and commercial projects in the Interior Governorate, 3 industrial and commercial projects in Muscat Governorate, 2 commercial and industrial projects in Dhofar Governorate, a commercial project in the Central Governorate, and a commercial housing project in Al Dhahirah Governorate.
