MUSCAT: Iran President Dr. Ebrahim Raisi will arrive in Oman on Monday.
In an official statement released ahead of his visit, the President stressed that this visit comes within the framework of developing good relations with neighboring countries. He indicated that trade relations between Iran and the Sultanate of Oman will improve in various fields, including transportation, energy and tourism, especially health tourism. He said that this visit will include the signing of memoranda of understanding between the two countries, and their implementation will be followed up.
He pointed out that this visit comes within the framework of the Iranian government’s policy of strengthening relations with neighboring countries, stressing that the visit is of great importance to him.
