DUBAI: His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has been appointed as the new President of United Arab Emirates (UAE) following the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The Supreme Council of the UAE on Saturday elected Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as the President of the UAE.
The late UAE President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has died at the age of 73, Emirates news agency WAM reported on Friday.
