MUSCAT : The Administrative Judicial Court today inaugurated its new website and activated the ‘Najez’ electronic portals, with the aim of achieving the goals of the Oman 2040 vision. This has kickstarted the strategic plan for digital transformation, accessing integrated electronic services, and achieving its goals with high efficiency and effectiveness.
Sheikh Al-Mukhtar bin Abdullah Al-Harthy, President of the Administrative Court, and patron of the inauguration ceremony, stressed that the court was keen to improve its judicial procedures. Believing in the pivotal role of digital transformation in improving production efficiency and simplifying procedures, as well as significantly saving effort and cost.
Al Harthy said that digital transformation contributes to providing innovative services that help improve the work environment, noting that the court will continue to update its judicial system constantly to keep pace with the changes in the digital space to achieve smart justice.

Al Harthy added, “The electronic transformation reflects the role of the administrative judiciary in achieving the priorities of the future vision “Oman 2040″, which places among its main objectives the simplification of procedures and acceleration of the pace of work,” stressing that these efforts achieve prompt justice.
The website is characterised by a modern and innovative design; It allows visitors and users to easily browse, obtain information and complete the required judicial procedures with flexibility and ease.
The site also allows access to a range of services provided by the court with complete reliability and confidentiality; Including: registration of lawsuits and appeals of all kinds, filing of memoranda and documents, judgment delivery service, judgment enforcement service, application follow-up services, and certificate request services.
