MUSCAT: Ministry of Education has suspended studies and exams in both public and private schools on Tuesday, January 4 in all governorates except in Dhofar and Al Wusta due to forecast of heavy rains.
In a statement issued, Oman TV said all studies and exams will resume on January 5. “Tomorrow exams (Tuesday’s) will be carried over to Wednesday,” the Ministry said.
Oman Met has predicted heavy thundershowers across many parts of the country starting from Monday night due to the low pressure depression.
