MUSCAT: His Excellency Sultan bin Salim bin Saeed Al Habsi, Minister of Finance issued a ministerial decision to amend some provisions of the State General Budget Classification Manual.
The first article of the decision to make the attached amendments stipulated the guide to classify the state’s general budget (Annex No.1) attached to the executive regulations of the financial law.
As for the second article of the decision, it stipulated canceling everything that contradicts the attached amendments, or contradicts their provisions.

The decision was based on the Financial Law issued by Royal Decree No. 47/98, and the Executive Regulations of the Financial Law issued by Ministerial Resolution No. 118/2008.
