MUSCAT: Al Dhahirah Governorate witnessed the establishment of many tourist and hotel facilities, green lodges and licensed guest houses in the three states of the governorate.
According to Ali bin Khamis Al-Sudairi, Assistant Director of Heritage and Tourism Department in Al Dhahirah Governorate said four hotel establishments are currently under operation in Wilayat of Ibri, while 13 green lodges have been opened over the three governorates of Ibri, Yanqul and Dhank.
The governorate is also witnessing a rise in the number of guests in these hotel establishments.
“From January to September of 2021, 6796 guests from the Sultanate of Oman, the Arab Gulf states, Arab countries and friendly countries have visited Al Dahirah Governorate,” he added.
