Over 1,200 expats have died in Oman since beginning of pandemic

Oman logs zero COVID-19 deaths in the last 15 days.

MUSCAT: Oman has registered a total of 4,113 deaths due to COVID-19 ever since the pandemic started in the country.

According to a data, among the total death cases registered in the country, 1,211 are expatriates.

Interestingly, Oman did not register any deaths from COVID-19 in the last 15 days. However in October, a total of 15 people died due to coronavirus.

Meanwhile, 84% of the target population have been fully vaccinated in the Sultanate, while 93% received the single dose of COVID vaccination.
