MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has conferred the Oman Civil Order (second degree) to a number of Japanese personalities.
E. Taro Kono, H.E. Yasutoshi Nishimura, and H.E. Seichiro Ito, in appreciation from His Majesty for their efforts and kind contributions to strengthening bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and Japan in various fields.
The decorations were handed over by Dr. Mohammed bin Saeed Al Busaidi, the Sultanate of Oman’s ambassador to Japan, when he received them at the embassy’s headquarters in the Japanese capital, Tokyo.
