MUSCAT: Electricity services have been restored to more than 90 per cent in all areas of North and South Al Batinah Governorate, the National Committee for Emergency Management (NCEM) said on Sunday.
In the aftermath of Cyclone Shaheen, electricity services were disrupted in many parts of the governorates.
