MUSCAT: The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) on Tuesday telecommunications services have been restored in areas affected by the weather.
In a statement issued, TRA said: “With the concerted efforts of operators, satellite communication services were restored in the areas affected by the weather after overcoming the technical challenges that affected them.”
Earlier, service provider Omantel said it is trying to restore services affected in some rural areas in the country.
