MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has congratulated Ebrahim Raisi for winning the
Iran’s presidential election, Oman News Agency (ONA) reported on Saturday.
Raisi, 60, received more than 17.8 million out of the 28.6 million votes that have been counted, Iran’s interior ministry said, based on preliminary results.
