MUSCAT: Oman will begin the vaccination for the age group of 45 and above from June 20, the Ministry of Health said.
The main vaccination centre at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center will work from 8 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 9 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 4 pm on Friday and Saturday.
Oman is witnessing a surge in coronavirus cases and deaths in the country. On Thursday, MOH registered 2,015 cases, while 35 people died battling the virus in 24 hours.
