MUSCAT: Oman recorded its highest number of single-day COVID-19 deaths since the outbreak of the disease increasing the overall fatalities to 2,626, the Ministry of Health said.
On Thursday, 35 patients died fighting the virus, which is also the highest in GCC, according to statistics. The Sultanate registered over 2,000 cases on Thursday, taking the total count to 242,723 cases.
