MUSCAT: The Embassy of Palestine in the Sultanate organized a solidarity stand at the Embassy’s HQs today.
The stand comes in response to Israeli army’s military attack on Gaza and the occupation forces’ storming the Al Aqsa Mosque yards. It also demonstrates rejection of Israel’s policy of forced expulsion of the brotherly Palestinian people from their homes in Jerusalem city.
The solidarity stand was attended by members of the diplomatic mission and a number of Palestinian residents in Oman, amid precautionary measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
The participants called upon the international community for action to implement a ceasefire and stop the displacement of Palestinians from their homes.
