MUSCAT : General Automotive Company (GAC), the official distributer of FUSO trucks in Oman, recently organised a service campaign exclusively for FUSO customers. The campaign, which ended recently and offered a vast range of discounted services and service packages, together with sizable discounts on parts and labour, was very well received by FUSO customers across the country.
Commenting on success of the campaign, Manoj Ranade, the GM of General Automotive Company said, “In line with Fuso’s customer focused approach, consumer confidence and care is at the heart of everything we do and as a result the company is always at the forefront of developing new and innovative customer care programs and attractive value-added services. This service campaign was one such initiative that, I am pleased to see, was very well received by our customers.”
The campaign, which ended recently, saw GAC offer a vast range of service offers including an engine oil change and wash for just OMR 18 and an engine oil and filter change, together with a vehicle check-up and wash for just OMR 28. Furthermore, GAC also offered a discount of 20% on labour and 45% on parts for any additional work needed. As an added bonus, GAC also offered customers free vehicle sanitisation. The month-long campaign received an exceptionally good response from customers.
