MUSCAT : Oman has imposed an indefinite travel ban on passengers coming from Egypt and Philippines in the wake of rising coronavirus cases, the Supreme Committee announced on Tuesday. The decision comes into effect from May 7 at 9am.
Meanwhile, the committee also extended the travel ban until further notice on passengers coming from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan, Lebanon, South Africa, Brazil, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, the United Kingdom.
