As part of its corporate social responsibility, Modern Exchange Co LLC (MEC) distributed Insurance amount to the relatives of their deceased customers on 1^st Mar 2021. Free Insurance amount worth OMR 3,750 equivalent to INR 7,12,500 disbursed to the relatives of three deceased customers at Indian Social club Malayalam wing office Muscat reiterated MEC’s continued support, love, and concern towards the customers and their dear and near ones in India. 

Mr. Philip Koshy – General Manager of Modern Exchange, said “Company started providing free insurance to their customers in the Year 2013 and would continue in years to come for our valued customers. Mr. Koshy stated that the free insurance to customers is way of expressing their love and to say thank you to the customer for their loyalty. Free insurance coverage of OMR 1250 for the next 30 days to all customer irrespective of any nationality and covering across the globe. This insurance guards the families against an unfortunate event that happens to the sole bread winner which includes normal death, accidental death, and permanent disability. The company believes that relationship with the customer is much beyond the remittance by reaching their dear ones during their happy and sad moments of life”.

The cheque for the insurance amount was handed over to the relatives of Late Amarjit Kumar Singh  ,Late Noushad Vannery and  Late Baba Deen by Mr. Abraham Mathew Convenor, Mr. SreeKumar .P Co- convenor of Indian Social club Malayalam Wing and Mr. Philip Koshy – General Manager , Modern Exchange.
