MUSCAT: Park Inn by Radisson Muscat appoints Ajay Dhoundiyal as the new F&B Manager in-charge of Food & Beverages and Kitchen departments.
With over two decades of experience in the culinary industry, he operates seamlessly to enhance the dining experience for hotel guests. Dhoundiyal, an Indian national, is also the Executive Chef of the hotel since September of 2012.
His career has taken him across various hotel brands like Hyatt, Kempinski, Starwood, and Radisson. As the Executive Chef of the hotel, he leads the culinary team, preparing and managing the operations of the hotel’s dining outlets and banquets. He specializes in international cuisine and strives to create interesting menus.

Dhoundiyal’s current role is to oversee the food and beverages department with three outlets under him – the coveted Sama Terrazza rooftop lounge, the signature restaurant the RBG Grill, The Palm Restaurant, drive Meetings & Events and overall guest dining & service satisfaction.
“I intend to implement new concepts and promotions to enhance our current offerings that will cater to our existing and new customers. This includes the relaunch of RBG Grill, new menus, Sama Terrazza rooftop’s new & exciting deals and more.
