MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has issued a special pardon to 285 inmates including 118 foreigners on Sunday, the Royal Oman Police said.
The Royal Pardon comes on the occasion of His Majesty’s ascension to the throne which falls on January 11, 2021.
