MUSCAT : Oman’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has formed a new department dedicated to combating money laundering and terror financing.
In a statement issued, CMA said this is in line with with creating a conducive regulatory and legislative environment that attracts investment.
The new department will review and develop legislation and measures to strengthen the fight against money laundering and terror financing.
