MUSCAT : His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has approved the results of E-Census of population, housing and establishments for the year 2020.
The results of the electronic census revealed that the total population in the country stands at 4,471,148 people.
E-Census 2020 is a national project aimed at establishing a system that integrates all statistical data of population housings and establishments based on the national administrative registers.
