MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik on Friday condoled the death of Argentine football legend Diego Maradona.
In a statement issued by Oman News Agency said : “His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik sends a message of condolences to His Excellency President Alberto Fernandez, President of the Argentine Republic, on the death of Argentine football star Diego Armando Maradona.”
Maradona died due to a cardiac arrest in his residence at Buenos Aires. He was 60 year old at the time of his passing.
