His Majesty Sultan Haitham: Oman was able to overcome all challenges with the wisdom of Sultan Qaboos, may God have mercy on him, and the sacrifices of its loyal people.
His Majesty: We will preserve our national interests, as they are the most important constants of the next phase set by Oman Vision 2040.
His Majesty: Due to COVID-19 pandemic and drop in oil prices, we are a vital part of this interconnected world, we have paid special attention at the regional and international levels to understand the effects of these conditions on all sectors, and we affirm our continued support for these sectors, especially health and education, at all levels.
His Majesty: During the next five years, the economy will witness development and recovery that meets the needs of the state and citizens.
His Majesty: We ask God to bless the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said, may God rest his soul in peace.
His Majesty: We salute our armed forces and confirm that they will receive all our care.
His Majesty: The response that you showed to the government’s decisions is appreciated by us. Despite the challenges facing our economy, we assert that the fiscal balance plan will contribute to bringing the country to safe land.
