MUSCAT :His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces on Tuesday issued a Royal pardon for 390 prisoners, including 150 foreigners, according to Oman TV.
The pardon coincides with the Oman’s 50th National Day.
