MUSCAT: A fire broke out at an electrical substation in Baushar on Tuesday afternoon. No one was injured in the incident, the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulances (PACDA) said.
In a statement issued, PACDA said the firefighting team were pressed into service to douse the flame but did not reveal further details.
“Firefighting teams at the Civil Defensce and Ambulance Department in Muscat Governorate managed to extinguish a fire that broke out in an electrical substation in the Wilayat Bawshar without any injuries recorded,” the statement added.
