MUSCAT: Offering customers convenience, INFINITI Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles, is extending INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle (ICV) for its customers during their car service period while adhering to all the safety protocols related to COVID-19.
The unique programme titled INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle (ICV) offers customers a courtesy INFINITI vehicle to help them be mobile during car service.
The aim of the ICV programme is to create convenience for service customers (seamless mobility) and provide existing customers with the opportunity to experience other/ new models with latest technology.

A senior spokesperson at INFINITI Oman said, “The ICV programme has been conceived to provide customers with seamless mobility during car service and provide a chance to experience newer models of INFINITI. The courtesy vehicles offered as part of the programme will be free of charge to our customers. ICVs are dedicated units kept only for offering them as replacement vehicles to service customers. All customers/ jobs are eligible for ICV except for internal, B&P and waiting customers for quick services. Our protocol and guidelines guarantee the utmost hygiene, sanitization, and safety for all. Besides, our staff is trained to make the processes very secure, with highest focus on hygiene and safety.”

COVID-19 protocol
To ensure safety of its customers and employees, INFINITI Oman is following a thorough safety precaution protocol at its service centre. The standard operating procedure it follows involves the execution of strict safety, sanitization and physical distancing rules.
Implemented in line with Oman’s Supreme Committee advisories on COVID-19, INFINITI Oman’s precaution protocol aims to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of its customers and employees as priority.
The important safety precautions and protocol being followed at the INFINITI Oman service centre include sanitization of touch points and fumigation of facilities. While hand sanitizers are kept at customer receptions, thermal checks are done before employees and customers enter the service centre. All staff keep a physical distance of two metres from customers.
Other safety measures include sanitization of vehicle exterior touch points and protective covers on steering wheel, gear lever and seat. Staff always wear disposable gloves and face masks while handling and checking vehicles. All vehicles are sanitized before the start of work. The vehicle is washed, cabin is fumigated and touch points are sanitized before delivery.
