MUSCAT: The Government Communications Centre (GC) denied rumours about the closure of a Covid-19 treatment department in one of the government hospital in the country.
In a statement issued, GC said the Covid-19 department in the hospital is still functioning.
“There is no truth to what is being circulated regarding the closure of the Covid-19 department in one of the Sultanate’s hospitals. The hospital is still receiving infected cases alongside other hospitals,” GC said in a statement on Sunday.
