MUSCAT: On the occasion of Omani Women’s Day, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq has bestowed the Royal Commendation Medal to a number of Omani women who made great strides in the country.
The Honourable Lady, the Wife of His Majesty the Sultan handed the medals at the Barka Palace on Saturday.
Her Excellency Dr. Fatima bint Muhammad Al-Ajmeya, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Administrative, Financial and Planning Affairs has been bestowed with the Royal Commendation Medal of Second Degree.

Aisha bint Omar bin Ahmed Al Habshiyah, Farida bint Musa bin Juma Al Balushi, Zahra bint Salem Al-Awfiya and Eng Yusra bint Khalaf bin Suleiman Al-Subhiya received the Royal Commendation Medal of the third degree.
