MUSCAT : Oman has temporarily suspended issuing new visas in the wake of coronavirus outbreak, a top Royal Oman Police official said on Thursday.
The Supreme Committee has allowed stranded residents to return to the country from October 1 after the Sultanate reopened its airports in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
“The issuance of new visas are still suspended, while those having valid visas can return including those in family visas,” said Brigadier Said Al Asmi, Director General of Operations at ROP.
