MUSCAT: To ensure safety of its customers and employees, INFINITI Oman is following a thorough safety precaution protocol at its service centre. The standard operating procedure it follows involves the execution of strict safety, sanitization, and physical distancing rules.

Implemented in line with Oman’s Supreme Committee advisories on COVID-19, INFINITI Oman’s precaution protocol aims to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of its customers and employees as priority.

Among the important safety precautions and protocol being followed at the INFINITI Oman service centre include sanitisation of touch points and fumigation of facilities. While hand sanitizers are kept at customer receptions, thermal checks are done before employees and customers enter the service centre. All staff keep a physical distance of two metres from customers.

Other safety measures include sanitization of vehicle exterior touch points and protective covers on steering wheel, gear lever and seat. Staff always wear disposable gloves and face masks while handling and checking vehicles. All vehicles are sanitized before the start of work. The vehicle is washed, cabin is fumigated and touch points are sanitized before delivery.

A senior spokesperson at INFINITI Oman, said, “We are steadfast regarding the safety of customers visiting us for service and employees working with us. Our protocol and guidelines guarantee the utmost hygiene, sanitization, and safety for all. Besides, our staff is trained to make the processes very secure, with highest focus on hygiene and safety.”
