MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has presided over the Council of Ministers meeting at Bait Al Barakah Palace on Wednesday.
In his address to the cabinet, His Majesty affirmed that the state’s administrative apparatus was restructured keeping in line with Oman’s 2040 vision and this would raise the efficiency of the administration.
His Majesty the Sultan also extended his thanks and appreciation to former ministers and officials and welcomed the new members of the Council of Ministers.

His Majesty also praised the cooperation of citizens and residents in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic in the country.
His Majesty also stressed the importance of adhering to the precautionary measures in dealing with the virus.
