- His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tarik Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth.
- His Highness Sayyid Taimur bin Asaad Al Said, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman.
- His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
- His Excellency Sultan bin Salim bin Said Al Habsi, Minister of Finance.
- His Excellency Dr Abdullah bin Nasser Al Harrasi, Minister of Information.
- His Excellency Dr Khalfan bin Said Al Shu’aili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.
- His Excellency Dr. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation.
