MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday presided over a meeting of the Council of Ministers at Barakah Palace.
The meeting began with an oath-taking ceremony during which members of the Council of Ministers were sworn in before His Majesty the Sultan.
