MUSCAT: Melika Betley who was appointed as the new HSBC Oman Chief Executive Office in May will assume her duties in September, the bank said on Monday.
In a statement issued to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM), HSBC said Betley will take charge on September 1.
Betley, who joins from HSBC Bank Middle East Bahrain, where she was the Chief Executive Officer and Country Manager, was not able to join the bank due to the travel restrictions resulting from coronavirus.
