MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police foiled an attempt to smuggle 38 vehicles that were stolen out of the country.
In a statement issued, ROP said 6 members of a gang signed a fake contract with citizens to rent their vehicles.
“ROP calls on citizens and residents to be careful of being a victim of fraud and not be drawn into the fictional inducements and financial benefits offered by fraudsters and to be careful when buying and selling vehicles through websites,” ROP said in a statement.
