MUSCAT: His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Al Saidi, Minister of Health has informed that obtaining coronavirus vaccines depends on international accreditation and its safety.
In a statement issued to Oman News Agency (ONA), Al Saidi said: “Obtaining COVID-19 vaccines depends on beyond the international accreditation and to ensure their efficiency, safety and readiness for use.”
Al Saidi also said the Sultanate is coordinating with approved international companies to obtain the vaccine of COVID-19 if available. “We are in coordination with major companies to obtain the vaccine when it is available,” he added.
