MUSCAT: Oman’s Ministry of Health announced on Friday 1,889 new confirmed cases with Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of COVID-19 patients in the Sultanate to 53,614.
The newly diagnosed cases are 1,268 Omanis and 621 expats, the ministry said.
A total of 34,225 out of the COVID-19 patients in the Sultanate have recovered, the ministry said.
