MUSCAT : After weeks of lockdown, Al Jenaibi International Automobiles LLC. (AJIA), the official importer of BMW Group in Oman, has re-opened its showroom and service centres.
In line with the ease of government restrictions, the dealership will continue to apply the highest level of care and hygiene measures following the guidance received from official Omani authorities.
The dealership’s facilities will be operating with a maximum of 30 per cent of its workforce on each site till further ease of restrictions. Every employee will wear a mask and gloves and maintain the advised social distance during each required interaction.
AJIA has deployed state of the art Thermographic Bullet Body Temperature Machine to automatically check the temperature of visitors to the facility in-order to provide for a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.

Even though there has been an ease of restrictions, we are still ensuring that anti-bacterial and sanitization treatments are conducted daily. Customers in the meantime will have a seamless experience of our products and services”
Through the lockdown period Al Jenaibi International Automobiles, pre-empting the customers requirement, provided a 24-hour emergency response service to customers.
The showroom in Qurum will be open on weekdays from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm, whilst service centre in Qurum will attend to customers from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Ghala service centre from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
