Vehicles fuel production drops in Oman

MUSCAT: Production of M-91 (Regular) petrol by refineries in Oman fell by 29 percent at the end of April 2020, with the output falling to 3.76 million barrels compared to 5.27 million barrels produced in 2019, according to a data released by the National Centre for Statistics and Information.
 
The output of M-95 (Regular) reached 3.89 million barrels until the end of April 2020, compared to 4.30 million barrels.
 
Diesel output rose 19 percent to 10.46 million barrels while aviation fuel production fell 20 percent to 3.82 million barrels at the end of April 2020 over the same period of 2019.

Of the total production of M-91 petrol, which is the cheapest petrol available in the market, 2.66 million barrels were sold in the domestic market
