MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander has issued a Royal pardon to a number of prisoners convicted of different cases on Thursday. They included 797 prisoners, 301 of them are expats.
His Majesty’s Royal pardon coincides with the Blessed Eid Al Fitr and in consideration of families of the prisoners.
