MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a verbal message to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani Emir of Qatar, pertaining to the brotherly bilateral relations between the two countries and the most prominent regional and international issues of common concern.
The message was conveyed by Yusuf bin Alawi, the Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs.
